The supplier shall furnish items as set forth in this BPA Document if and when requested by the contracting officer or the authorized representative of the contracting officer during the period commencing on the effective date of this agreement as indicated in Block 3 of the DD Form 1155 and ending FIVE years from the effective date unless advance written notice of cancellation is received from either party prior to the expiration date.
