DCPR 2034 definition

DCPR 2034 means Development Control and Promotional Regulations – 2034 for Greater Mumbai
DCPR 2034 shall have the same meaning as ascribed to it in Recital (F).

  • Due to amendment in DCR 1991 dated 6th January, 2012 and amendment in FSI policy by granting Fungible Compensatory Area under Regulation 30, 32 and 33 of DCPR 2034 as detailed above, the Society and the Developer discussed the matter in series of meetings, presentations and detailed discussions between the Developer, Society and their respective consultants.

  • The Developer and the society confirmed the quantum of surplus amount arriving from the utilization of additional benefits as per DCPR 2034 over DCPR 1991 applicable post transition in the ongoing project and such benefits arising out of revised DCPR which will be granted by the DEVELOPER are revised and recorded under this Supplementary Agreement to the Original Development Agreement dated 10th May, 2010.
