DCF(DD) definition

DCF(DD) means, in respect of any Distribution Date, the Day Count Fraction, being Actual/Actual (ICMA) on an unadjusted basis, in respect of the period commencing on, and including, such Distribution Date (or, if such Distribution Date is the first Distribution Date, the period commencing on, and including, 7 January 2020) and ending on, but excluding, the next following Distribution Date.
