DCC Service Provider Contract means (excluding any arrangement that is a Sub-contract and/or this Agreement) any contract or agreement or proposed contract or agreement between the DCC or any DCC Service Provider and any third party whereby that third party agrees to provide to the DCC or any DCC Service Provider facilities, goods, services or other supply;

  • Failures The Contractor shall promptly notify the DCC and the relevant DCC Service Providers if: (a) the Contractor becomes aware of any failure by any DCC Service Provider to perform any element of the services under the relevant DCC Service Provider Contract; and (b) such failure has had, or may have, an adverse impact on the performance of any of the Services under this Agreement, (a "Related Service Failure").

  • Local Service Provider (LSP means the LEC that provides retail local Exchange Service to an End User. The LSP may or may not provide any physical network components to support the provision of that End User’s service.
