The Manager shall provide the financial statements of DBI, each of the Service Recipients, and DBH, as required under Section 4.1(g), (h) and (i) of the Base Indenture; provided that to the extent of any material difference in reporting between DBH and Parent, the Manager shall furnish a reconciliation in reporting between DBH and Parent.
