DB Facility Collateral definition

DB Facility Collateral means all right, title and interest of the Company and the Guarantors in and to the pressing and forming equipment for the second OSB production line located at the Grande Prairie facility, which assets were financed with the proceeds of the Deutsche Bank Facility.
