Daywork definition

Daywork means the method of valuing the work on the basis of the time spent by the workmen, the materials used and the plant employed. The rates inserted in the Schedules of Daywork are deemed to cover overhead charges and profit, Site supervision and staff, insurance, travel and lodging allowances and any other emoluments and allowances payable to the workmen in connection with the carrying out of the Daywork.
