Daytime hours definition

Daytime hours means 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., local time. “Nighttime hours” means 10 p.m. to 7 a.m., local time. COMAR 26.02.03.01
Daytime hours means ½ hour before sunrise until ½ hour after sunset.
