Day care home definition

Day care home means a day care home as defined under Kansas administrative regulation 28-4-113 and a group day care home as defined under Kansas administrative regulation 28-4-113.
Day care home means an organized nonresidential child care program for children enrolled in a private home, licensed or approved as a family or group day care home and under the auspices of a sponsoring organization.
Day care home means the premises on which care is provided for a maximum of 10 children under 16 years of age, with a limited number of children under five years of age in accordance with K.A.R. 28-4-114(e).
