Day Care Centers definition

Day Care Centers means child care for children age 2 1/2 or 30 months and above.
Day Care Centers means facilities in which care is provided for seven or more persons at any one time, where the care areas are not used as a family residence. Care for less than four persons will not be considered as day care services.
Day Care Centers means any facility whether or not known or incorporated under such descriptive title or name such as nursery school, kindergarten, playschool, child development center or early childhood center which cares for thirteen (13) or more children for less than twenty-four (24) hours.
