Davis-Bacon Act definition

Davis-Bacon Act means 40 U.S.C. § 276a et seq.;
Davis-Bacon Act means the Davis-Bacon Act of 1931, P.L. No. 403. "Disbursement" means any payment out of Project Funds to or on behalf of theLoan Recipient.
Davis-Bacon Act means all laborers and mechanics employed by contractors or subcontractors on projects funded by Qualified Zone Academy Bond proceeds shall be paid wages and fringe benefits at rates not less than those prevailing on similar projects in the locality.
