Date of Crediting definition

Date of Crediting means, with respect to any Compensation deferred pursuant to the Plan, the first day of the month following the date when such Compensation would otherwise be paid to a Participant.
Date of Crediting means, with respect to any Compensation deferred pursuant to the Plan, the first day of November of the year during which such Compensation would otherwise be paid to a Participant, provided, however, with respect to the deferral of special, not annual, bonuses which are not paid at the same time as annual bonuses and which are deferred pursuant to the Plan, Date of Crediting shall mean the date on which such Compensation would otherwise be paid to a Participant.

Examples of Date of Crediting in a sentence

  • With respect to a retainer deferred by a Plan Participant, the Date of Crediting is the first day of the period to which the retainer relates.

  • If any Date of Crediting falls on a Saturday, Sunday or federal holiday, the Date of Crediting will be the first business day following such Saturday, Sunday or federal holiday.

  • With respect to a meeting fee deferred by a Plan Participant, the Date of Crediting is the date of the meeting.

  • Interest equivalents on amounts deferred under this option shall be calculated annually as of December 31 of each year for the period from the Date of Crediting until December 31, or, if such period is greater than one year, for the one-year period commencing with the previous January 1.

  • At distribution, interest equivalents shall be similarly calculated on amounts in the Deferred Cash Account based on average daily prime rates from the preceding January 1, or, if later, the Date of Crediting, through the date of distribution, and added to the total to be distributed.

  • Spread Account Percentage means, (i) 0% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is greater than or equal to 5.00%, (ii) 2.00% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 5.00% and greater than or equal to 4.50%, (iii) 2.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 4.50% and greater than or equal to 4.00%, (iv) 3.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 4.00% and greater than or equal to 3.50%, (v) 4.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 3.50% and greater than or equal to 3.00%, (vi) 5.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 3.00% and greater than or equal to 2.50%, (vii) 6.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 2.50% and greater than or equal to 1.50%, (viii) 7.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 1.50% and greater than or equal to 0.50% and (ix) 8.50% if the Quarterly Excess Spread Percentage on such Payment Date is less than 0.50%.

  • Revolving Line of Credit means the Commitments of the Lenders to make Revolving Loans pursuant to Section 3 of this Financing Agreement and assist the Companies in opening Letters of Credit, Bankers Acceptances, Steamship Guarantees and Airway Releases pursuant to Section 5 of this Financing Agreement, in an aggregate amount equal to $250,000,000.

  • Canadian Base Rate Loan means a Canadian Loan that bears interest at a rate per annum determined by reference to the Canadian Prime Rate.

  • Canadian Base Rate means, at any time, the annual rate of interest equal to the greater of (a) the annual rate from time to time publicly announced by Agent (or a bank that is listed on Schedule 1 of the Bank Act (Canada) acceptable to Agent) as its prime rate in effect for determining interest rates on Canadian Dollar denominated commercial loans made in Canada and (b) the annual rate of interest equal to the sum of the 30-day BA Rate at such time plus 1% percent per annum.

  • Letter of Credit Payment means any amount paid or required to be paid by the Issuing Lender in its capacity hereunder as issuer of a Letter of Credit as a result of a draft or other demand for payment under any Letter of Credit.

  • Letter of Credit Availability Period the period from and including the Closing Date to but excluding the Letter of Credit Maturity Date.
