Datacenter Utility Costs definition

Datacenter Utility Costs means and refer to the actual Datacenter Utility costs for the entirety of the Datacenter (i.e., based on the metering equipment that measures electrical and mechanical power [UPS, HVAC and other mechanical power] being used by the Datacenter), as set forth on the applicable Datacenter Utility xxxx(s) for the Datacenter (each such Datacenter Utility xxxx, a “Datacenter Utility Xxxx”) for the billing period covered by such Datacenter Utility Xxxx(s). In the formula set forth in Section 3.5.1(a), below, the applicable Datacenter Utility Costs are represented by the letter “N”.
Datacenter Utility Costs means and refer to Grantor’s actual utility costs for the entirety of the Datacenter (i.e., based on the metering equipment that measures all electrical and mechanical power [UPS, HVAC and other mechanical power] being used by the Datacenter, together with any utility capacity, reservation or similar charges payable by Grantor under the Underlying Lease, including, but not limited to the “use it or lose it” fees with regard to reservation of electrical capacity that are payable by Grantor under the Underlying lease), as set forth on the applicable Datacenter Utility bxxx(s), and/or on any invoices received by Grantor for the Datacenter in connection with the Underlying Lease (each such Datacenter Utility bxxx or invoice, a “Datacenter Utility Bxxx”) for the billing period covered by such Datacenter Utility Bxxx(s);

Related to Datacenter Utility Costs

  • Utility Costs means utility and home energy costs related to the occupancy of rental property (e.g. electricity, gas, water and sewer, trash removal, and energy costs (such as fuel oil)) that are separately-stated charges. Utility Costs do not include telecommunication services (e.g. telephone, cable, and internet services).

  • Utility Charges means water, sewer, electricity, gas and other utility charges, if any, applicable to the Real Property or the Leased Real Property;

  • Operating Costs means the incremental expenses incurred by the Recipient on account of Project implementation, management, and monitoring, including for office space rental, utilities, and supplies, bank charges, communications, vehicle operation, maintenance, and insurance, building and equipment maintenance, advertising expenses, travel and supervision, salaries of contractual and temporary staff, but excluding salaries, fees, honoraria, and bonuses of members of the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Building Operating Expenses means the portion of “Operating Expenses,” as that term is defined in Section 4.2.7 below, allocated to the tenants of the Building pursuant to the terms of Section 4.3.1 below.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Green building strategies means those strategies that minimize the impact of development on the environment, and enhance the health, safety and well-being of residents by producing durable, low-maintenance, resource-efficient housing while making optimum use of existing infrastructure and community services.

  • Maintenance and Operations Revenue or “M&O Revenue” means (i) those revenues which the District receives from the levy of its annual ad valorem maintenance and operations tax pursuant to Section 45.002 of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE, or other lawful authority, and Article VII § 3 of the TEXAS CONSTITUTION, plus (ii) all State revenues to which the District is or may be entitled under the applicable provisions of the TEXAS EDUCATION CODE or any other statutory provision as well as any amendment or successor statute to these provisions, as applicable, less

Any steam supplied to a steam distribution system for the purpose of providing steam to a steam-electric generator that would produce electrical energy for sale is also considered in determining the electrical energy output capacity of the affected facility.

  • Local Utility Services XOOM is an independent retail marketer of natural gas & electricity and is not affiliated with your local utility. Your local utility will continue to deliver your gas, read your meter, send your bill, and make necessary repairs. Your local utility will also respond to emergencies and provide other basic utility services as required. XOOM is not an agent of your local utility and your utility will not be liable for any of XOOM’s acts, omissions, or representations. Price: Your rate for gas purchases will be a fixed price of $0.4390 per therm, plus taxes and fees, if applicable, and a monthly administrative fee of $2.99. You will continue to be responsible for all charges assessed by your local utility for all services it provides, including any other fees or taxes specifically associated with services it continues to provide during the term of this Agreement, including transportation charges payable for Core Aggregation Service.

To the extent that they are not subject to section 402 of the federal Water Pollution Control Act, ditches, pipes, and drains that serve only to collect, channel, direct, and convey nonpoint runoff from precipitation are not considered as sewer systems for the purposes of this part of this division.
