Datacenter Rules and Regulations means and refer to Landlord’s written rules and regulations for the Datacenter, as same may be amended from time to time in accordance with Section 6.2 of the Lease and that are provided, or made available to, Tenant. Datacenter Rules and Regulations means Landlord’s rules and regulations for the Datacenter, as such reasonable rules and regulations may be reasonably amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in Landlord’s sole and absolute discretion. Examples of Datacenter Rules and Regulations in a sentence

  • In the event of a conflict between the Datacenter Rules and Regulations and the terms of this Lease, the terms of this Lease shall govern.

  • SAFE Rules and Regulations means collectively, the Circular 37 and any other applicable SAFE rules and regulations, as amended.
