Database Schema definition

Database Schema means the organization of data within a database, including database table structure, field names, and related elements.
Database Schema means the structure by which the information in a database is organized.
Database Schema means a DDL (Dynamic Data Language) file that implements the physical data model as a collection of Oracle tables, associated triggers and stored procedures, including scripts to properly configure the database, and scripts to load the initial data required to use the schema.

  • The parties will meet on an annual basis (or more frequently if mutually agreed by the parties) where TRX will inform Sabre of all TRX Revisions it has made to the Source Code of the Database Schema and Travel Application components of the System.

  • If Ipswitch provides you with the Ipswitch WhatsUp Gold Database Schema (the “Database Schema”), the following terms shall apply.

  • Such escrow account will contain a copy of all source code (inclusive of any interpretive code), standard operating procedures and documentation reasonably necessary to utilize, support and maintain the DecoGen Informatics System and HAP Database Schema (collectively the “Deposit Materials”).

  • You understand and agree that any change to the Database Schema or the WhatsUp Gold database may adversely affect the WhatsUp Gold software and/or the operation or performance thereof, for which Ipswitch shall have no responsibility.

Related to Database Schema

  • System Software means machine-readable data and executable programs used to define the functionality of the HPS control system and standard hardware products, but does not include firmware, operating system, application software or other software products.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer, including software which is or will be used by the Supplier for the purposes of providing the Goods and/or Services but excluding the Supplier Software;

  • ALI Database A database used in providing 911 Service which stores information associated with End User customers’ telephone numbers or Shell Records.

  • Commercial Software means Software developed or regularly used that: (i) has been sold, leased, or licensed to the general public; (ii) has been offered for sale, lease, or license to the general public; (iii) has not been offered, sold, leased, or licensed to the public but will be available for commercial sale, lease, or license in time to satisfy the delivery requirements of this Contract; or (iv) satisfies a criterion expressed in (i), (ii), or (iii) above and would require only minor modifications to meet the requirements of this Contract.

  • Database Management System (DBMS) A system of manual procedures and computer programs used to create, store and update the data required to provide Selective Routing and/or Automatic Location Identification for 911 systems. Day: A calendar day unless otherwise specified. Dedicated Transport: UNE transmission path between one of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches and another of CenturyLink’s Wire Centers or switches within the same LATA and State that are dedicated to a particular customer or carrier. Default: A Party’s violation of any material term or condition of the Agreement, or refusal or failure in any material respect to properly perform its obligations under this Agreement, including the failure to make any undisputed payment when due. A Party shall also be deemed in Default upon such Party’s insolvency or the initiation of bankruptcy or receivership proceedings by or against the Party or the failure to obtain or maintain any certification(s) or authorization(s) from the Commission which are necessary or appropriate for a Party to exchange traffic or order any service, facility or arrangement under this Agreement, or notice from the Party that it has ceased doing business in this State or receipt of publicly available information that signifies the Party is no longer doing business in this State.
