Data Rooms definition

Data Rooms means data rooms containing Information in respect of the Applicants which are responsive to requests submitted by Mediation Participants, and as well as other information, which the Tobacco Monitors considered relevant.
Data Rooms means the online data rooms with respect to the Company and its Subsidiaries hosted by Microsoft OneDrive entitled “Lab Services MSO -- Avalon Globocare -- DD” and “Lab Services MSO -- Avalon Globocare -- 9.9 Supplemental Diligence List”.
Data Rooms means the electronic data sites established for Project Odyssey by its Representatives on behalf of the Company and to which Parent and certain of its Representatives have been given access in connection with the Transactions.

More Definitions of Data Rooms

Data Rooms means the Intralinks virtual data rooms named “Project Seal,” (ii) “Project Seal Federal,” and (iii) “Project Seal HR” established by Sellers and all of their contents.
