Data Custodians definition

Data Custodians means pricing vendors, analytics providers, brokers, dealers, investment managers, Authorized Persons, Subcustodians, Depositories and any other Person providing Market Data to the Custodian.

Examples of Data Custodians in a sentence

  • In providing Market Data related to the Accounts in connection with this Agreement, the Custodian is authorized to use Data Custodians.

  • Market Data may be the intellectual property of the Data Custodians, which may impose additional terms and conditions upon a Fund’s use of the Market Data.

  • A Data Owner may designate Data Custodians to manage and maintain Data on their behalf.

  • Certain Data Custodians may not permit a Fund’s directed price to be used.
