Data Book definition

Data Book shall have the meaning given to it in Schedule 31 (Transparency and Financial Models);
Data Book means the data book of financial information contained in the Data Room under Index nr.
Data Book means the extract of the unaudited combined accounts for the Aker Soho Business’s consolidated balance sheet and profit and loss account for (i) the twelve (12) month periods ended on 31 December 2007, 31 December 2008, 31 December 2009, and (ii) the six (6) month period ended on 30 June 2010, a copy of which is set out in Appendix 9 (Data Book);

Examples of Data Book in a sentence

  • The discount for replacement parts shall be equal to or greater than the Additional Options NYS Discount, and shall apply to the MSRP on the OEM Data Book or Contractor-Published Pricelist as applicable.

  • The Additional Options NYS Discount shall be applied to the MSRP included on the OEM Data Book.

  • When an Additional Option is either being added to or deleted from the Base Item specifications, or upon request, Contractors are required to give the Authorized Users a copy of the OEM Data Book or Contractor-Published Pricelist for the applicable Additional Option.

  • The NYS Contract Price for Additional Options offered under the Contract in accordance with Section 4.5.2 Additional Options Price, shall be the Additional Options NYS Discount bid, or higher, applied to the MSRP on the current OEM Data Book or Contractor-Published Pricelist, as applicable.

  • Additional submittals to the Data Book shall be accompanied by a letter of transmittal advising the Review Appraiser where updated information is to be inserted.
