Data Agent definition

Data Agent means the site-specific code that traverses a Data Source’s web pages or makes a direct, electronic connection to a Data Source to obtain data.

Examples of Data Agent in a sentence

  • If Agent fails to comply with the Advertising Guidelines applicable to Website Advertisements or the restrictions set forth in Section 6.5 with respect to Company Data, Agent shall pay to Company an amount equal to the profit recognized by Agent in connection with such noncompliant activities.

Related to Data Agent

  • data user means a natural or legal person who has lawful access to certain personal or non-personal data and is authorised to use that data for commercial or non-commercial purposes;

  • Network Data Mover (NDM) or “Connect Direct” means the industry standard protocol for transferring information electrically.
