Damaged Property definition

Damaged Property shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.3(a).
Damaged Property has the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.14(a).

  • No moneys in the Capital Fund shall be used for the repair, restoration or replacement of any Damaged Property if the damage is the result of the gross negligence or intentional or willful misconduct of the Partnership.
