Damage Assessment Costs means all costs of the natural resource
Damage Assessment Costs means all costs associated with the planning, design, implementation, and oversight of the Plaintiffs’ damage assessment process, which addresses the extent and quantification of the injury to, destruction of, or loss of Natural Resources and the services provided by those resources resulting from the release of hazardous substances, and the planning of restoration or replacement of such Natural Resources and the services provided by those resources, or the planning of the acquisition of equivalent resources or services, and any other costs necessary to carry out the Plaintiffs’ responsibilities with respect to those Natural Resource injuries resulting directly or indirectly from the releases of hazardous substances, including all related enforcement costs.

  • These Natural Resource Damage Assessment Costs were incurred and were not reimbursed by Dow, and further are separate and distinct from the State Assessment Costs for which recovery is waived as set forth in Paragraph 24 of this Consent Decree.

  • Improvement Costs means any additional expenditure on a fixed asset that materially increases the capacity of the asset or materially improves its functioning or represents more than 10% of the initial depreciation base of the asset;

  • Development Costs means costs incurred to obtain access to reserves and to provide facilities for extracting, treating, gathering and storing the oil and gas from reserves. More specifically, development costs, including applicable operating costs of support equipment and facilities and other costs of development activities, are costs incurred to:

  • Routine Patient Costs means all health care services that are otherwise covered under the Group Contract for the treatment of cancer or other Life-threatening Condition that is typically covered for a patient who is not enrolled in an Approved Clinical Trial.

  • Claim Expenses means reasonable documented attorneys’ fees and all other reasonable documented out-of-pocket costs, expenses and obligations (including experts’ fees, travel expenses, court costs, retainers, transcript fees, duplicating, printing and binding costs, as well as telecommunications, postage and courier charges) paid or incurred in connection with investigating, defending, being a witness in or participating in (including on appeal), or preparing to investigate, defend, be a witness in or participate in, any Claim, including any Action relating to a claim for indemnification or advancement brought by an Indemnified Party as contemplated in Section 7.5.

  • Insurance Costs means the sums described in paragraph 1.1 of Part 5 of the Schedule;

  • Settlement Costs means: (a) any award of attorneys’ fees, expenses, and costs to Class Counsel approved by the Court; (b) all costs of printing and providing Class Notice to persons in the Settlement Class (including, but not limited to, costs for Mail Notice, Publication Notice, Website Notice, and any different or additional notice that might be ordered by the Court); (c) all costs of administering the Settlement; and (e) the fees, expenses, and all other costs of the Notice Administrator.

  • Development Cost means the total of all costs incurred in the completion of a Development excluding Developer Fee, operating deficit reserves, and total land cost as typically shown in the Development Cost line item on the development cost pro forma.

  • Comprehensive assessment means the gathering of relevant social, psychological, medical and level of care information by the case manager and is used as a basis for the development of the consumer service plan.

  • Remediation Costs means the cost of any action taken to reduce the concentration of contaminants on, in or under the Eligible Property to permit a record of site condition to be filed in the Environmental Site Registry under section 168.4 of the Environmental Protection Act and the cost of complying with any certificate of property use issued under section 168.6 of the Environmental Protection Act, as further specified in the CIP.

  • Environmental Assessment means an assessment of the presence, storage or release of any hazardous or toxic substance, pollutant or contaminant with respect to the collateral securing a Shared-Loss Loan that has been fully or partially charged off.

  • Estimated Costs means costs estimated by the Authority as likely to be:

  • Special Hazard Loss Coverage Amount With respect to the first Distribution Date, $10,348,874. With respect to any Distribution Date after the first Distribution Date, the lesser of (a) the greatest of (i) 1% of the aggregate of the principal balances of the Mortgage Loans, (ii) twice the principal balance of the largest Mortgage Loan and (iii) the aggregate of the principal balances of all Mortgage Loans secured by Mortgaged Properties located in the single California postal zip code area having the highest aggregate principal balance of any such zip code area and (b) the Special Hazard Loss Coverage Amount as of the Closing Date less the amount, if any, of Special Hazard Losses allocated to the Certificates since the Closing Date.   • Original Project Cost means the capital expenditure incurred by the Generating Company or the Transmission Licensee, as the case may be, within the original scope of the project up to the cut-off date as admitted by the Commission;
