Daily Visitor definition

Daily Visitor is defined as a person who is NOT staying overnight in the property. The Maximum number of Daily Visitors is Limited to 6, including Children. A charge of $1000.00 per day, per Daily Visitor, will be assessed for each person who visits the property daily, not named in the list of Daily Visitors. The Guest signing this lease will be charged without notice, for each additional daily visitor staying on the property and not disclosed to the Owner. No daily visitor will be allowed on the property, when Guest is not on the property. FYI: We do this not to generate additional revenue, but rather to limit the overall size of the party.
