Daily Visitor definition

Daily Visitor is defined as a person who is NOT staying overnight in the property. The Maximum number of Daily Visitors is Limited to 6, including Children. A charge of $1000.00 per day, per Daily Visitor, will be assessed for each person who visits the property daily, not named in the list of Daily Visitors. The Guest signing this lease will be charged without notice, for each additional daily visitor staying on the property and not disclosed to the Owner. No daily visitor will be allowed on the property, when Guest is not on the property. FYI: We do this not to generate additional revenue, but rather to limit the overall size of the party.   • Visitor means the Visitor of the University.

  • Daily SOFR means the rate per annum equal to SOFR determined for any day pursuant to the definition thereof plus the SOFR Adjustment. Any change in Daily SOFR shall be effective from and including the date of such change without further notice. If the rate as so determined would be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed to be zero for purposes of this Agreement.

  • Monthly Volume means the product of the Committed Volume multiplied by the number of days in the relevant month.
