Daily Undrawn Amount definition

Daily Undrawn Amount means, for each day during the term hereof, an amount equal to (a) the Aggregate Revolving Commitments existing as of the end of such day, less (b) the aggregate Outstanding Amount of Committed Revolving Loans and L/C Obligations (but specifically excluding Swing Line Loans (other than to the extent the risk participation in a Swing Line Loan has been funded in cash by a Revolving Lender)) as of the end of such day.
Daily Undrawn Amount means, for each day during the term hereof, an amount equal to (a) the Aggregate Revolving Commitments existing as of the end of such day, less (b) the aggregate Outstanding Amount of Committed Revolving Loans and L/C Obligations as of the end of such day.
Daily Undrawn Amount means, for each day during the term hereof, an amount equal to (a) the Aggregate Commitments existing as of the end of such day, less (b) the aggregate Outstanding Amount (with respect to both Committed Loans and L/C Obligations) as of the end of such day.

Related to Daily Undrawn Amount

  • Maximum Undrawn Amount means, with respect to any outstanding Letter of Credit as of any date, the amount of such Letter of Credit that is or may become available to be drawn, including all automatic increases provided for in such Letter of Credit, whether or not any such automatic increase has become effective.

  • Daily Amount means, in respect of a DMA and a Daily Calculation Period, the Daily Gain or Daily Loss for such DMA and Daily Calculation Period.

  • Undrawn Availability at a particular date shall mean an amount equal to (a) the lesser of (i) the Formula Amount plus outstanding Letters of Credit or (ii) the Maximum Revolving Advance Amount, minus (b) the sum of (i) the outstanding amount of Advances plus (ii) all amounts due and owing to Borrowers' trade creditors which are outstanding beyond sixty (60) days from the due date, plus (iii) fees and expenses for which Borrowers are liable but which have not been paid or charged to Borrowers' Account.

  • Aggregate Outstanding Amount With respect to any of the Notes as of any date, the aggregate unpaid principal amount of such Notes Outstanding on such date.

  • Maximum Advance Amount shall not exceed Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000) or two hundred (200%) percent of the average daily volume based on the trailing ten (10) days preceding the Drawdown Notice date whichever is of a larger value.

  • Applicable Multicurrency Percentage means, with respect to any Multicurrency Lender, the percentage of the total Multicurrency Commitments represented by such Multicurrency Lender’s Multicurrency Commitment. If the Multicurrency Commitments have terminated or expired, the Applicable Multicurrency Percentages shall be determined based upon the Multicurrency Commitments most recently in effect, giving effect to any assignments.

  • Applicable Unused Commitment Fee Rate means 0.50% per annum.

  • Net advance amount means the gross advance amount less the aggregate amount of the actual and estimated transfer expenses required to be disclosed under section 3(e).

  • Maximum Revolving Advance Amount means $25,000,000.

  • Unused Revolving Line Facility Fee is defined in Section 2.4(d). [Signature page follows.]

  • Applicable Commitment Fee Rate means:

  • Average Daily Balance means the balance sum computed by dividing the sum of the balance outstanding on each day from the first day of the next Billing Period by the number of days in that Billing Period. For the purpose of computation, each day’s balance is determined by adjusting the Total New Balance with payments, credit, cash withdrawal, purchases of goods and/or services obtained on the Sales Drafts and/or Cash Withdrawal Drafts received by Maybank before the Closing Date of each Billing Period;

  • Applicable Unused Line Fee Percentage means, as of any date of determination, the applicable percentage set forth in the following table that corresponds to the Average Revolver Usage of Borrowers for the most recently completed fiscal quarter as determined by Administrative Agent in its Permitted Discretion; provided, that for the period from the Closing Date through and including September 30, 2017, the Applicable Unused Line Fee Percentage shall be set at the rate in the row styled “Level II”; provided further, that any time an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, the Applicable Unused Line Fee Percentage shall be set at the margin in the row styled “Level II”: Level Average Revolver Usage Applicable Unused Line Fee Percentage I > 50% of the Maximum Revolver Amount 0.375% II < 50% ofthe Maximum Revolver Amount 0.50% The Applicable Unused Line Fee Percentage shall be re-determined on the first day of each fiscal quarter by Administrative Agent.

  • Letter of Credit Fee Rate means, at any time, the percentage rate per annum applicable to Letter of Credit Fees at such time as set forth in the Pricing Schedule.

  • Outstanding Amount means the aggregate principal amount of all Notes, or Class of Notes, as applicable, Outstanding at the date of determination.
