Daily Discount Rate definition

Daily Discount Rate means an amount calculated in accordance with (as applicable) Condition 34.35 or paragraph 3.29 of Part F of Annex 7 (FMS arrangements, Sustainability Criteria, RQM Calculation Methodology and ACT Efficiency);

Examples of Daily Discount Rate in a sentence

  • The Flat Discount shall be calculated by applying the Daily Discount Rate for each day between the Flat Discount Date and the Net Date.

  • If the Daily Discount Rate is adjusted, the adjusted Daily Discount Rate shall be applied to all invoices posted for payment after the adjustment date.

  • The Daily Discount Rate is based in part on the 3 Month Libor Rate (defined below) in effect on the last business day of the month preceding the day when the first early payment discount is taken to settle an invoice (the “Base Libor Rate”).

  • For example, if the Prime Rate exceeds the Base Prime Rate by 0.25%, on the last day of the month, the Daily Discount Rate for the following month will increase by 0.0007%.

  • The Daily Discount Rate is based on a “Prime Rate” (defined below) of 4.50% (the “Base Prime Rate”).

  • If the Daily Discount Rate is adjusted on the last business day of the month as set forth above, then such adjusted Daily Discount Rate will be applicable to all invoices posted for payment during the following month.

  • BA Discount Rate means:

  • Discount Rate means the rate used by the Plan Administrator for determining the Accrual Balance. The initial Discount Rate is six percent (6%). However, the Plan Administrator, in its discretion, may adjust the Discount Rate to maintain the rate within reasonable standards according to GAAP and/or applicable bank regulatory guidance.

If the publication of the Prepayment Rate in The Wall Street Journal is discontinued, Lender shall determine the Prepayment Rate on the basis of "Statistical Release H.15(519), Selected Interest Rates," or any successor publication, published by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, or on the basis of such other publication or statistical guide as Lender may reasonably select. "PREPAYMENT RATE DETERMINATION DATE" shall mean the date which is five (5) Business Days prior to the prepayment date.

  • LIBOR Daily Floating Rate means, for any day, a fluctuating rate of interest per annum equal to LIBOR as published on the applicable Bloomberg screen page (or such other commercially available source providing such quotations as may be designated by Administrative Agent from time to time), at approximately 11:00 a.m., London time, two (2) London Banking Days prior to such day, for Dollar deposits with a term of one (1) month commencing that day; provided that if the LIBOR Daily Floating Rate shall be less than zero, such rate shall be deemed zero for purposes of the Loan Documents.

  • Discount Percentage shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.11.

  • Proposed Discounted Prepayment Amount has the meaning specified in Section 2.05(d)(ii).

  • Yield Rate means, (i) with respect to any Eligible Treasury Security on deposit at any time in either of the Paired Holding Trusts, the stated interest rate of such Eligible Treasury, if any, or any discount rate applicable to such Eligible Treasury, based on the purchase date and purchase price at which the applicable Paired Holding Trust acquired that Eligible Treasury, and (ii) with respect to any Eligible Treasury Repurchase Agreement, the difference between the repurchase price and the purchase price paid under such agreement, with such difference expressed as a percentage of such purchase price.
