Dadi definition

Dadi or the “Company”), and the individual signatory to this Agreement (“you” or “Client”), is effective as of the date on which you checked “I AGREE” to accept the terms and conditions of this Agreement and remit the initial fee described in Section B.1 of this Agreement. Pursuant to this Agreement, the parties hereto hereby agree to process and store up to three (3) vials of Client’s sperm at one or more cryogenic facilities of national or regional reputation as reasonably selected by Dadi (the “Facility”), and to abide by such other terms and conditions, as set forth herein.
