DA Survivors definition

DA Survivors means adults with low and medium level living needs who have suffered from Domestic Abuse and who are occupying refuge accommodation; Data Controller has the meaning ascribed to it in the Data Protection Legislation; Data Loss Event means any event that results, or may result, in unauthorised access to Personal Data held by the Data Controller under this Agreement, and/or actual or potential loss and/or destruction of Personal Data in breach of this Agreement, including any Personal Data Breach; Data Processor has the meaning ascribed to it in the Data Protection Legislation; Data Protection Impact Assessment has the meaning ascribed to it in the Data Protection Legislation; Data Protection Legislation means all legislation and regulatory requirements in force from time to time relating to the use of Personal Data, including, without limitation (i) any data protection legislation from time to time in force in the UK including the Data Protection ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ or any successor legislation, as well as (ii) the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679) and any other directly applicable European Union regulation relating to data protection and privacy (for so long as and to the extent that the law of the European Union has legal effect in the UK) and any formal guidance or Codes of Conduct issued by the Information Commissioner (or other competent authority) in each case as amended, superseded or replaced from time to time; Data Subject has the meaning ascribed to it in the Data Protection Legislation; Data Subject Request means a request made by, or on behalf of, a Data Subject in accordance with rights granted pursuant to the Data Protection Legislation to access their Personal Data Decent Homes Standard means the standard described in sections 4 and 5 of the Department for Communities and Local Government’s publication entitled “A Decent Home: Definition and guidance for implementation June 2006 Update” and set out in Schedule 6 of this Agreement as amended, superseded or replaced from time to time;
