CZO definition

CZO means the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the County of Kaua‘i as codified in Chapter 8 of the Kaua‘i County Code, 1987, as amended. “County” means the County of Kaua‘i, a political subdivision of the

  • The prices CZO shall pay to IGT for systems and other products provided by IGT are IGT's list prices (current list prices are listed on Schedule D) at the time CZO places an order, less any applicable discount as set forth on the attached Schedule C.
