Cytec Savings Plan definition

Cytec Savings Plan means the Cytec Employees’ Savings and Profit Sharing Plan established and maintained by Cytec Industries Inc. for, among others, employees of its Willow Island Plant.
Cytec Savings Plan means the Cytxx Xavings and Profit Sharing Plan.
