Cycling Equipment definition

Cycling Equipment means any equipment a Rider will use in the Event including but not limited to clothing, safety equipment and bicycles.

  • You are responsible for the quality of the Cycling Equipment You will use in the Event and warrant that it is fit for purpose.

  • Your Cycling Equipment must comply with UCI technical regulations.

  • In the event that a Rider is invited to the UCI World Amateur Road Championships the Cycling Equipment must meet the UCI standards in place at the time which may differ from those used at the Event.

  • You can lend your Cycling Equipment on occasions to another person, with no restriction on their use.

  • The University purchases the Cycling Equipment from Cycle Solutions which allows it to hire it to you, but requires you to repay the University under the terms of the hire agreement by way of salary sacrifice.

  • Cycle Solutions will then discuss the choice of Cycling Equipment which is of a lower cost and/or over an extended hire period (18 months) which would not reduce your salary below the NMW.

  • You cannot order Cycling Equipment on behalf of another person (for example your child).

  • Alternatively, you can email transport-plan@bristol.ac.uk for further advice on low cost options for purchasing Cycling Equipment (including second hand).

  • More than 50% of your use of the Cycling Equipment must be for work purposes.

  • If your contract of employment finishes earlier than 13 months after you sign up then you may take part in the Scheme but you will be treated as a ‘leaver’ when you finish your employment at the University and will have to pay the University the remaining value of the Cycling Equipment.

  • Port Cargo Handling Equipment means rubber-tired gantry cranes, straddle carriers, shuttle carriers, and terminal tractors, including yard hostlers and yard tractors that operate within ports.

  • Fuel burning equipment means any furnace, boiler, apparatus, stack and all associated equipment, used in the process of burning fuel.

  • Metering Equipment means all metering equipment installed at the metering points designated in the appropriate appendix to an Interconnection Service Agreement. Minimum State of Charge:

  • Existing Equipment means equipment, machines, devices or installations that are in operation prior to September 23, 1970.

  • Gaming Equipment means any and all gaming devices, gaming device parts inventory and other related gaming equipment and supplies used in connection with the operation of a casino, including (without limitation), slot machines, gaming tables, cards, dice, chips, tokens, player tracking systems, cashless wagering systems, electronic betting systems, mobile gaming systems and associated equipment which are located at the Casino Components, owned or leased by Operating Company or Mortgage Borrower and used or useable exclusively in the present or future operation of slot machines and live games at the Casino Component, together with all improvements and/or additions thereto.

  • Operating Equipment means furniture, furnishings, special lighting fixtures, carpeting, draperies, decorations or other special finishing work, signs, appliances and trade fixtures and equipment that is furnished, installed or used by the Contractor in its operations on the Airport. It does not include Fixed Improvements, or repair or maintenance of Operating Equipment or Fixed Improvements or displays or decorations that are of a seasonal or temporary promotional nature.

  • Building Equipment shall have the meaning set forth in the Security Instrument.

  • Excluded Equipment means, at any date, any equipment or other assets of the Borrower or any Guarantor which is subject to, or secured by, a Capitalized Lease Obligation or a purchase money obligation if and to the extent that (i) a restriction in favor of a Person who is not Holdings or any Restricted Subsidiary of Holdings contained in the agreements or documents granting or governing such Capitalized Lease Obligation or purchase money obligation prohibits, or requires any consent or establishes any other conditions for or would result in the termination of such agreement or document because of an assignment thereof, or a grant of a security interest therein, by the Borrower or any Guarantor and (ii) such restriction relates only to the asset or assets acquired by the Borrower or any Guarantor with the proceeds of such Capitalized Lease Obligation or purchase money obligation and attachments thereto, improvements thereof or substitutions therefor; provided that all proceeds paid or payable to any of the Borrower or any Guarantor from any sale, transfer or assignment or other voluntary or involuntary disposition of such assets and all rights to receive such proceeds shall be included in the Collateral to the extent not otherwise required to be paid to the holder of any Capitalized Lease Obligations or purchase money obligations secured by such assets.

  • Data Processing Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware, or computer software (and the lease or licensing agreements related thereto) other than Personal Computers, owned or leased by the Failed Bank at Bank Closing, which is, was, or could have been used by the Failed Bank in connection with data processing activities.

  • Analytical x-ray equipment means equipment used for x-ray diffraction or fluorescence analysis.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Fixed Equipment means any property affixed in any way to the Licensed Premises existing at the time Notice to Proceed is given, whose removal would damage the Licensed Premises.

  • School equipment means a durable school-owned machine, equipment, or tool used by a student as part of an activity, course, or program in a secondary school and includes a saw or 3D printer. “School equipment” includes a saw or 3D printer.

  • Capital Equipment means machinery and equipment purchased or leased, and used in this state by the purchaser or lessee primarily for manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining tangible personal property to be sold ultimately at retail if the machinery and equipment are essential to the integrated production process of manufacturing, fabricating, mining, or refining. Capital equipment also includes machinery and equipment used primarily to electronically transmit results retrieved by a customer of an online computerized data retrieval system.

  • Fixtures and Equipment means, with respect to any Person, all of the furniture, fixtures, furnishings, machinery and equipment owned or leased by such Person and located in, at or upon the Assets of such Person.

  • Computer Equipment means Covered Property that is electronic computer or other data processing equipment, including peripherals used in conjunction with such equipment, and electronic media and records.

  • Additional Equipment means equipment that is not factory fitted in the Vehicle, including but not limited to navigation equipment (GPS), baby seat, bicycle rack etcetera;

  • Transportation equipment means 1 or more of the following:

  • Control equipment means equipment necessary for the setting and/or unsetting of an immobilizer.

  • Automatic tabulating equipment means apparatus that automatically examines

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.
