CyberKnife System definition

CyberKnife System means any stereotactic radiosurgery system designed or developed by or on behalf of Accuray or any Accuray Affiliate (and which may include components purchased or licensed from third party suppliers that are not designed by or on behalf of Accuray), including CyberKnife Software and CyberKnife Documentation.
