Cybercrime definition

Cybercrime means cyber-dependent crimes, that is to say crimes that can be committed only through the use of information and communications technology (ICT) devices and systems, where the devices and systems are either tools for committing the crime or the primary targets of the crime; and cyber-enabled crimes, that is to say traditional crimes, such as child sexual exploitation, which can be increased in scale or reach by the use of computers, computer networks or other forms of ICT;
Cybercrime means any conduct on the Internet or connected with the Internet or Internet usages which constitutes a crime in terms of the South African criminal law, including any conduct punishable in terms of Chapter XIII of the ECT Act;
Cybercrime means any offence under this Act;
