  • To the extent not ----------------------------------- covered above, all Tax Returns and liability for payment of Taxes for periods ending after the Distribution Date shall be the responsibility of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Group if such Tax Returns or taxes relate to Baxter Businesses, and shall be the responsibility of the CVG Group if such Tax Returns or Taxes relate to the CVG Business.
