CVB Members definition

CVB Members means, collectively, the organizations that have entered into this Agreement.

"JPA Executive Comt=hitu e" shall mean the CVB's governing body formed for the purposes and having the powers a d duties set forth in Section 10. A "Non -Convention Hotel" shall mean any structure, with the exception of the previously defined "Convention Hotels," or any portion of any structure which is occupied or intended or designed for use or occupancy by transients including, but not limited to, dwelling, lodging or sleeping purposes and includes any hotel, inn, tourist home or house, motel, studio hotel, bachelor hotel, lodging house, rooming house, apartment house, dormitory, public or private club, campground, mobile home or house trailer at a fixed location, or other like structure or portion thereof. Non -Convention Hotel includes a recreational vehicle, as defined in Cal. Health & Safety Code § 18010 and campgrounds. "Partner" shall mean a non-governmental entity whose business and activities are directly related to the convention or tourism industry and the purposes of this Agreement. "President and Chief Executive Officer" shall mean the individual employed by CVB, who is responsible for professionally supervising, managing and administering CVB's day-to- day affairs as described in paragraph (e) of Section 10 and elsewhere in this Agreement. "Technical Advisory Committee" shall mean the committee which may be appointed by a majority vote of CVB's JPA Executive Committee for the purposes described in paragraph (d) of Section 10.   • Any notice or communication required hereunder between the JPA and the CVB Members shall be in writing, and may be given either personally or by registered mail, return- receipt requested.

  • Consortium Members means the members of the Consortium, formed by the Bidder for purposes of the Transaction in accordance with this RFP and shall include members who have submitted the Format for Consortium Agreement (Annexure 5) specified in the RFP.

  • Unit Holders means all Unit Holders.

  • Shareholder Group means (i) Shareholder and (ii) any Affiliate or Shareholder Family Entity (as defined in the Shareholder's Agreement) of Shareholder (other than the Company).

  • Managing Member is defined in the recitals to this Agreement.

  • General Partners means all such Persons.

  • Service Partners means any successful vendor who is awarded the proposal or who entered into an agreement with CIPC and/or its clients to offer consulting services in areas such as but not limited to, strategic e-business consulting, evaluation, implementation and continuous improvement or system integration.

  • Hosting Partners means companies who entered into an agreement with CIPC in the areas of application management; application hosting, application service provision, and marketplace hosting are incorporated in this category.
