Examples of Cutover Date in a sentence
If Carrier terminates this Agreement prior to the Cutover Date, Carrier shall pay ▇▇▇▇ Atlantic the greater of the following: (i) all reasonable and necessary costs already incurred by ▇▇▇▇ Atlantic in preparation for the commencement of services, or (ii) the sum of fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).
From and after the Cutover Date with respect to each Phase, Lincoln Life shall pay fees for the Accounting Services for each of the Separate Accounts included in such Phase, and each Fund included in such Phase shall pay fees for the Accounting Services for such Fund, in each case at the respective rates per annum determined in accordance with the Fee Schedule.
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, from and after the Cutover Date for each respective Phase, Delaware, no later than 6:00 p.m. (New York City time) on each Business Day, shall in accordance with the terms of this Agreement provide to Lincoln Life and to the Funds the Value Calculation Services for each of the Accounts included in such Phase.
If Carrier terminates this Agreement prior to the Cutover Date, Carrier shall pay ▇▇▇▇ Atlantic the sum of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) per discontinued service for each affected LATA.
The Cutover Date for Service(s) provided under this Agreement shall be the date on which the Service(s) are available to all of Carrier’s local exchange customers in the LATA(s) designated in Section 1.1.
