If Palomar notifies Cutera in writing of any Cutera Sublicensee conducting any such prohibited activities, Cutera shall thereafter confirm in writing to Palomar that Cutera has complied with the immediately preceding sentence for such Cutera Sublicensee.
Sublicensee means a third party to whom LICENSEE grants a sublicense of certain rights granted to LICENSEE under this Agreement.

Licenses for Licensed Users are priced on a per seat or site subscription basis.
Third Party Licensor means the relevant licensor of any Third Party Data or any Third Party Trade Xxxx;
