Customs Bond definition

Customs Bond means U.S. Customs and Border Protection customs bond number 9913CT044 executed October 25, 2013 with Golden Boy as principal, having a limit of liability of US$60,000.
Customs Bond means that certain bond in the amount of approximately $5.3 million, issued by the Customs Bond Agent, payable to the United States Customs Service for claims of the United States Customs Service arising from import of goods by the Debtors.
Customs Bond has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 5.16.
