Customized Course definition

Customized Course means a course which is modified or developed specifically to the ordering activity’s requirements and which differs from any related Standard Course in scope, duration or in volume or content of courseware. The courseware may or may not be derived from a Standard Course or may be developed from scratch. These courses carry a different identification to any Standard Courses from which they may be derived.
Customized Course means the derivative work product USM/MEEC and/or Buying MEEC Member creates using the SkillStudio to modify the Skillsoft Courses or Course Source Code.

Examples of Customized Course in a sentence

  • Lessor is the owner in fee simple of a parcel of land located at ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇, (“Land”) and Lessor owns a communications tower (“Tower).

  • Member Customized Materials shall not include ownership or right in and to the Contractor products, software, Work, Services and Materials, including all of the Intellectual Property Rights in and to the Contractor products, software, Work, Services and Materials and any portion thereof contained in any Member Customized Course or other deliverable belongs and shall remain with the Contractor.

  • Standard Course Charge: $65 per student Customized Course with selected modules from one or more RI courses: 1-3 modules: $21 per student 4-6 modules: $39 per student (or $6.50 per module) 7-9 modules: $54 per student (or $6 per module) 10-12 modules: $65 per student (or $5.50 per module) > 12 modules: additional $5 per module (e.g., 13 modules $70 per student, etc.) Select one of the following payment options: Institution will pay the entire Royalty fee on behalf of students.

  • If a Customized Course is cancelled at a later date, UGA will pay 30% of the course according to the prices agreed.

  • Additional Customized Course charges shall be on a per course basis, such that if an Additional Customized Course is purchased for an 8th grade curriculum, a separate charge of $2,500 shall be due if the course is purchased for another grade level.

  • The charge for each Additional Customized Course is $2,500, which charge represents a one-time setup fee that shall be payable prior to the initiation of course development activities by VLN.
