Customer's Order definition

Customer's Order means any order raised or issued by the Customer to the Company on foot of the quotation, and shall be deemed to include the Customer's express acceptance of these Terms of Quotation and Contract ("Terms").

Examples of Customer's Order in a sentence

  • A Call-Off Agreement shall be formed on the date of issue of the Customer's Order.

  • In the event the Customer's Order cites a U.S. Government contract number or is certified under DMS Reg.

  • Sufficient entitlements must be obtained to cover the number of Authorized Users given access to the Cloud Service during the measurement period specified in Customer's Order Document.
