Customer Works definition

Customer Works means the works (if any) to be carried out by or on behalf of the Customer and specified as such in the Quotation, the Order and/or the Relevant Annex (as the case may be);

Customer Works means any works to be carried out by the Customer or the Customer's contractor excluding, the Contestable Connection Works, as set out in the Specific Conditions.

• The Customer shall carry out all Customer Works with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

More Definitions of Customer Works

Customer Works means the works and materials provided to Inspire by the Customer, or by any third party acting for or on behalf of the Customer, for incorporation into the Website;

Customer Works means (i) the excavation of a cable trench to SHEPD’s specification as set out in the Offer along the agreed wayleave route highlighted in the plan contained in the Schedule, (ii) the provision of such quantity of sand, tape, tiles or ducts of an appropriate specification approved in writing by SHEPD as may be required for the completion of the SHEPD Works; and (iii) following completion of the SHEPD Works, the reinstatement of the land to a condition at least equal to its condition prior to the commencement of the Customer Works;
