Customer Works definition

Customer Works means the works (if any) to be carried out by or on behalf of the Customer and specified as such in the Quotation, the Order and/or the Relevant Annex (as the case may be);
Customer Works means any works to be carried out by the Customer or the Customer's contractor excluding, the Contestable Connection Works, as set out in the Specific Conditions.
Customer Works means the works and materials provided to the Company by the Customer, or by any third party acting for or on behalf of the Customer, for incorporation into the Website;

  • The Customer shall carry out all Customer Works with reasonable skill and care and in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

More Definitions of Customer Works

Customer Works means the works and materials provided to Inspire by the Customer, or by any third party acting for or on behalf of the Customer, for incorporation into the Website;
