Customer Support Services definition

Customer Support Services has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(d);
Customer Support Services means those Services as more particularly described in
Customer Support Services means the services by which QUMU may provide assistance to the CUSTOMER to resolve issues with the QUMU Cloud Platform. These services include assistance related to troubleshooting Incidents and suspected Errors in the QUMU Cloud Platform, and providing Workarounds or Patches for identified QUMU Cloud Platform Errors or malfunctions, where reasonably available to QUMU.

  • Services required to resolve any Customer-Created Error are outside the scope of Customer Support Services and would incur additional fees in accordance with Section 5.5 below.


More Definitions of Customer Support Services

Customer Support Services means any consulting, implementation, configuration, training, or other professional services that may be provided to You under a SOF.
Customer Support Services means support services, including information about Wireless Devices and Wireless Services, technical support, customer care services and billing assistance offered to current or prospective Wireless Customers by the Licensee, Authorized Sublicensees or subcontractors of Licensee or Authorized Sublicensees.
Customer Support Services means the customer support services to be provided by the Contractor to the Contracting Authority under the Contract including but not limited to training, technical support, repairs (warranty and non-warranty) and the provision of spare parts and components as set out in the Tender;
Customer Support Services means service life policies, training services, simulator services, field services, customer representative services, and any other services as may be agreed upon by the parties and set forth in an amendment to this Agreement.
Customer Support Services means the customer support services to be provided hereunder as such services are described in Exhibit A hereto.
Customer Support Services means verbal and written computer software advice or guidance (for example, provided via the Internet or telephone).
