Customer Support Services definition

Customer Support Services has the meaning set forth in Section 8.1(d);
Customer Support Services means Our supporting services consist in the availability of the communication channel via which We shall provide You on Your request with all the information We are obliged under these Terms & Conditions, eventually to accept and communicate about any request by You for the provision of Our Optional Services, or Additional Services, or any other inquiry, request or complaint by You regarding Your Booking, Our Services or Our Website. The default level of provided Customer Support Services and their enhanced levels You may upgrade to by selecting the respective Kiwi.com Ticket Fare (see Art. 4.1, 4.2 hereof) or purchasing the respective Service Package (see Art. 4.5, 4.6 hereof) are specified in Art. 4.6 hereof. Please note that Customer Support Service telephone channel is provided according to the rule of priority of callers. Caller priority categories (Low, Medium, High) dependent on the selected Kiwi.com Ticket Fare (see Art.4.2 hereof) or the purchased Service Package (see Art. 4.6 hereof) determine the sequence of Our handling of customers' calls, when the calls on the specific telephone line are put into the queue in real-time on the basis of the caller priority category from High, through Medium to Low (with decreasing priority). Within every caller priority category calls are handled on the basis of the registered time the incoming call is registered by Our system (first come, first served principle). Customer Support Service – telephone support channel availability - shall be provided by Us dependent on the selected Kiwi.com Ticket Fare (see Art. 4.2 hereof) or the purchased Service Package (see Art. 4.6 hereof) in two different levels - Basic and Extended - as they are described here.
Customer Support Services means those Services as more particularly described in Paragraph 3 of Schedule 2 (Statement of Requirements) under which the Provider shall provide; ”Crown Body" any department, office or agency of the Crown;

More Definitions of Customer Support Services

Customer Support Services means the services by which QUMU may provide assistance to the CUSTOMER to resolve issues with the QUMU Cloud Platform. These services include assistance related to troubleshooting Incidents and suspected Errors in the QUMU Cloud Platform, and providing Workarounds or Patches for identified QUMU Cloud Platform Errors or malfunctions, where reasonably available to QUMU.
Customer Support Services means all support services, including information about Products and services, technical support, and billing assistance offered to Customers or prospective customers by the Licensee (including without limitation through call centers and through the Licensee’s Site) in relation to the Licensed Activities; Default has the meaning set forth in Clause 9.2;
Customer Support Services means telephone support supplied by ICS to IDT customers relating to Internet access software distributed by IDT.
Customer Support Services means the customer support services to be provided hereunder as such services are described in Exhibit A hereto.
