Customer Support Requests definition

Customer Support Requests means any written request filed by a Customer’s Super User with the Support Team with respect to an Incident. A Customer Support Request must include a clear and detailed description of the relevant Incident(s) and the impact of such Incident(s) on Customer’s performance and/or access to the UTrakk_DMeS Application.
Customer Support Requests means any written request relating to an Incident filed by a Customer’s Super-User to the Support Team. A Customer Support Request must include a clear and detailed description of the relevant Incidents, as well as of the impact such Incidents have on the performance of, and/or on the access to, the UTrakk Application for the Customer.

  • Details regarding Customer Support Requests, Tickets, and Priorities, and Response Times are included in a separate Service Level Agreement (“SLA”) provided to Customers.
