Customer Service Assets definition

Customer Service Assets means the customer service facilities, equipment, and other tangible property and assets used in or for the Business or located on the Real Property, including the facilities, equipment and other tangible property and assets that connect the Distribution Assets to each individual Customer’s Delivery Point, Customer/premise/account data, historical consumption information, meters, remote metering equipment, and equipment needed to access the meters.
Customer Service Assets means the customer service facilities, equipment, and other tangible property and assets used in or for, the Business or located on the Real Property, including the facilities, equipment and other tangible property and assets that connect the Distribution Assets to each individual Customer’s Delivery Point, Customer/premise/account data, historical consumption information, meters, remote metering equipment, and equipment needed to access the meters.
Customer Service Assets means the customer service facilities, equipment, and other tangible property and assets used in or for the Business or located on the Real Property, Asset Purchase and Sale Agreement dated as of December 28, 2018 between Municipality of Anchorage and Chugach Electric Association, Inc. including the facilities, equipment and other tangible property and assets that connect the Distribution Assets to each individual Customer’s Delivery Point, Customer/premise/account data, historical consumption information, meters, remote metering equipment, and equipment needed to access the meters.

More Definitions of Customer Service Assets

Customer Service Assets means the customer service facilities, equipment and other tangible property and assets used in or for, the Business of the Vero Beach Electric Utility or located on the Real Property, including the facilities, equipment and other tangible property and assets that connect the Distribution Assets to each individual Customer’s Delivery Point, Customer/premise/account data, historical consumption information, meters, remote metering equipment, and equipment needed to access the meters (e.g., keys to locked meter rooms, any meter/special/barrel lock/anchor keys), and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, specifically includes the facilities and equipment described in Schedule 1.1(50) but excluding City Hall and related office equipment. For the avoidance of doubt, Customer Service Assets do not include assets used by Seller primarily for its water and sewer utility business, and Seller shall be entitled to keep a copy of any data that is a Customer Service Asset as deemed appropriate by Seller. Related to Customer Service Assets

  • Customer Service means Company’s customer service telephone service department or representatives.

  • Customer-Funded Upgrade means any Network Upgrade, Local Upgrade, or Merchant Network Upgrade for which cost responsibility (i) is imposed on an Interconnection Customer or an Eligible Customer pursuant to Tariff, Part VI, section 217, or (ii) is voluntarily undertaken by a New Service Customer in fulfillment of an Upgrade Request. No Network Upgrade, Local Upgrade or Merchant Network Upgrade or other transmission expansion or enhancement shall be a Customer-Funded Upgrade if and to the extent that the costs thereof are included in the rate base of a public utility on which a regulated return is earned. Customer Interconnection Facilities:

  • Freight forwarding services means the activity consisting of organising and monitoring shipment operations on behalf of shippers, through the acquisition of transport and related services, preparation of documentation and provision of business information.

  • Customer Assets means the Customer’s infrastructure, data, software, materials, assets, equipment or other property owned by and/or licensed or leased to the Customer and which is or may be used in connection with the provision of the Services;

  • Customer Portal means a web portal maintained by Liferay or a Liferay Affiliate that provides for various resources accessible to Liferay Subscription customers as further described in Section 2.1 below.

  • End User Customer means a third party retail Customer that subscribes to a Telecommunications Service provided by either of the Parties or by another Carrier or by two (2) or more Carriers.

  • Customer Group means, collectively, Customer, its parents and Affiliates, its Agents, and its and their respective managing members, general and limited partners, officers, directors, employees, and other representatives.

  • Customer Support means the services by which 21Vianet may provide assistance to Customer to resolve issues with the Services.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Customer Property means the property, other than real property and IPR, including any equipment issued or made available to the Supplier by the Customer in connection with this Call Off Contract;

  • Customer Account Information means personally identifiable information including Personal Data and Consumption Data. Customer Account Information also includes information received by the Company from the customer for purposes of participating in regulated utility programs, including, but not limited to bill pay assistance, shutoff protection, renewable energy, demand-side management, load management, or energy efficiency.

  • Customer Account means an account carried by a Participant on behalf of a Customer.
