Customer Purchase Price definition

Customer Purchase Price means the amount that a Person paid for a Groupon Voucher.
Customer Purchase Price means, with respect to any Product and ----------------------- Customer, the price for such Product that Vendor has quoted to such Customer.
Customer Purchase Price means the sum of (i)(A) one times the Retail Revenue generated by the Service during the third month following the Node Installation Date and, (B) 75% of the Wholesale Revenue generated by the Service during the third month following the Node Installation Date; (ii)(A) one times the Retail Revenue generated by the Service during the sixth month following the Node Installation Date, and (B) 75% of the Wholesale Revenue generated by the Service during the sixth month following the Node Installation Date, and (iii)(A) one times the Retail Revenue generated by the Service during the ninth month following the Node Installation Date and (B) 75% of the Wholesale Revenue generated by the Service during the ninth month following the Node Installation Date. Each installment of the Customer Purchase Price may be paid in such combination of cash/or in Common Stock (valued at the Valuation Price) as Grantee may elect, provided that at least 40% of any installment must be paid in cash. 2 "Equipment Purchase Price" shall mean the actual documented cost of the Equipment, less $10,000.

  • At such time as Customer shall purchase and withdraw consigned commodities from consignment under this Agreement, it shall become obligated to pay to Consignor: (i) a purchase price computed in accordance with Paragraph 2 hereof if such purchase is effected by Customer prior to 2:30 p.m., Greenwich Mean Time, on any Business Day; or (ii) such other purchase price as shall be mutually agreed upon by Consignor and Customer ("Purchase Price Payment").

  • Upon such reimbursement of the Customer Purchase Price by Purchaser to the customer, the title to the returned products shall transfer from Seller to Purchaser.

  • If at the time of the reimbursement Seller has paid Purchaser for the returned product, Seller shall reimburse Purchaser for the difference (the “Price Difference”) between the Customer Purchase Price and the price paid for the product by Seller to Purchaser (the “Seller Purchase Price”).

  • Concurrent with the payment of each installment of the Customer Purchase Price, Grantee shall deliver to Grantor a copy of its calculation of the Customer Purchase Price during the applicable period.

  • If at the time Purchaser reimburses the Customer Purchase Price to the customer Seller has not paid Purchaser for the returned product, Seller shall reimburse Purchaser for the full Customer Purchaser Price.

  • The Customer Purchase Price shall be computed by Grantee, and absent manifest error shall be binding upon the parties.
