Customer Material definition

Customer Material means all data, reports, documentation, software or materials provided or made available by or on behalf of CUSTOMER to TELVIVA, irrespective of the media on which they occur;

Customer Material means any and all information, specifications, data, and documents provided by the Customer to the Supplier (whether in hard copy or in an electronic format) in the course of the Supplier supplying the Goods and/or Services.

Customer Material means any work, material, content, code or data provided to Company by Customer in connection with Customer’s use of, or resulting from Customer’s use of, the Products.

Examples of Customer Material in a sentence

• HAS shall have no liability to the Customer for any Losses arising from any Customer Material, Customer Data or instructions supplied by the Customer that are incomplete, incorrect, inaccurate, illegible, out of sequence or in the wrong form, or arising from their late arrival or non-arrival, or any other fault of the Customer.

• Any Customer Material and Customer Data shall belong to the Customer.

• The Customer warrants that any Customer Material and Customer Data and its use by HAS for the purpose of providing the System and/or Services will not infringe the copyright or other rights of any third party and the Customer shall indemnify and keep indemnified HAS from and against any Losses arising from any such infringement.

• The Customer shall, at their own expense, supply HAS with all Customer Material and all necessary data, materials, documents or other information relating to the System, within sufficient time to enable HAS to provide the System in accordance with the Signed Order Form and Agreement.

More Definitions of Customer Material

Customer Material means any Content and Customer’s trademarks and logos. “Due Date” means the date the Customer receives an invoice from Datasite.

Customer Material means the compound satisfying the Customer Material Specification;

Customer Material means hardware, software, and any other materials and information to which Provider has been provided access in connection with the Services.

Customer Parties means the UK Customer, the US Customer and the Bermuda Customer, each being a Customer Party. Customer Personal Data means any personal data described in a SOW or Schedule 21 (Data Transfer and Processing) and supplied by a Customer Group company to the Service Provider or a Service Provider Affiliate under this Agreement for processing and/or which the Service Provider (and/or any Sub-contractor) generates, collects, stores, transmits or otherwise processes on behalf of a Customer Group company or as a data processor in connection with this Agreement. Customer Personnel means the directors, officers, employees, agents, agency workers, contractors and sub-contractors of the Customer Group and its sub-contractors (other than the Service Provider and its Affiliates).

Customer Material means any Material owned by or licensed to Aspen or its Affiliates (and any modifications to that Material);

Customer Material means any materials (including API) listed as customer materials in any Specifications or Statement of Work, and any other materials or items supplied under this Agreement by or on behalf of Customer, including information and documentation pertaining to manufacturing and handling specifications and requirements, testing procedures, GMP requirements and other technical information concerning the Manufacture of Product, as provided by, on behalf of, or directed by, Customer.
