CUSTOMER ITEM definition
CUSTOMER ITEM means any specifications, drawings, sketches, models, programs, documentation, software, hardware, other materials, services and all other data which are provided or to be provided by CUSTOMER or on behalf of CUSTOMER in the PROJECT.
CUSTOMER ITEM those items identified as such in a Statement of Work;
