  • Availability includes the local access from the Customer Edge (CE) to the Verizon PIP Provider Edge (PE) and the PIP Network.

  • Customers are responsible for marking IP packets and managing the MPLS VPN-bound traffic [to the Provider Edge (PE) router] at the egress port of the Customer Edge (CE) router.
