Customer Due Diligence Procedures definition

Customer Due Diligence Procedures means the customer due diligence procedures of a Reporting Crypto-Asset Service Provider pursuant to Directive (EU) 2015/849 on the prevention of the use of the financial system for the purposes of money laundering or terrorist financing, and amending Directives 2009/138/EC and Directive 2013/36/EU, as amended by Directive (EU) 2018/843 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2018 or similar requirements to which such Reporting Crypto-Asset Service Provider is subject.
Customer Due Diligence Procedures means, in the cases referred to in Section 6, the carrying out of the customer due diligence measures specified under sections 7-10;
Customer Due Diligence Procedures means the procedures described in Article 3(1);
