Customer Data Incident definition

Customer Data Incident shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 8 herein. “Data Protection Laws and Regulationsthe GDPR, CCPA and their respective laws and regulations.
Customer Data Incident means any breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or damage, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to Customer Personal Data transmitted, stored or otherwise Processed by Lokalise or its Sub-processors, of which Lokalise becomes aware.
Customer Data Incident means an unauthorized disclosure of Customer Data resulting from Hyland’s failure to comply with the SaaS Security Attachment. Without limitation, Customer Data Incident does not include any of the following that results in no unauthorized access to Customer Data or to any Hyland’s systems storing Customer Data:

  • Okta shall make reasonable efforts to identify the cause of such Customer Data Incident, and take those steps as Okta deems necessary and reasonable in order to remediate the cause of such a Customer Data Incident, to the extent that the remediation is within Okta’s reasonable control.

Customer Data Incident means any breach of security to Cybereason’s technical and organizational measures leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, Customer Personal Data transmitted, stored or otherwise Processed by Cybereason. For clarity, Customer Data Incident does not include security events detected through the Services;

Related to Customer Data Incident

  • Data Incident means a breach of Google’s security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure of, or access to, Customer Data on systems managed by or otherwise controlled by Google.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Privacy Incident means violation of the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act (Minnesota Statutes chapter 13); violation of federal data disclosure or privacy requirements in federal laws, rules and regulations; and/or breach of a contractual obligation to protect State data. This includes, but is not limited to, improper or unauthorized access to, viewing of, obtaining of, acquisition of, use of, disclosure of, damage to, loss of, modification of, alteration to or destruction of State data protected by such State or federal laws or by contract.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

Approaches Standard The school experienced one or more instances of minor default during the fiscal year (such as making late payments); however, the school is not currently in default of any financial obligations.
