Customer Contractor definition

Customer Contractor means any individual or entity (other than a CrowdStrike Competitor) that: (i) has access or use of a Product under this Agreement solely on behalf of and for Customer’s Internal Use, (ii) has an agreement to provide Customer (or its Affiliates) services, and (iii) is subject to confidentiality obligations covering CrowdStrike’s Confidential Information.

Customer Contractor means any individual or entity (other than an Avertro Competitor) that: (i) has access or use of a Service under this Agreement solely on behalf of and for the Internal Use of the Customer, (ii) has an agreement to provide the Customer (or its Affiliates) services, and (iii) is subject to confidentiality obligations covering Avertro’s Confidential Information. Customer Data means all of the information, documents and other data provided by the Customer or their Personnel to Avertro, any content uploaded by the Customer or Personnel to Avertro’s System, or otherwise accessed by Avertro in providing the Services. Customer Environment means the computing environment of the Customer including all hardware, software, information technology and telecommunications services and Systems. Dispute has the meaning given in clause 20.1.

Examples of Customer Contractor in a sentence

  • In the event of termination by Customer, Contractor shall be paid all costs actually incurred to that date plus ten percent (10%) profit and overhead.

  • Any breach by a Customer Contractor of this Agreement is a breach by Customer.

  • Customer Contractor Services are not required for use of the Offerings.

  • CrowdStrike may make available Customer Contractor Services to Customer, for example, through an online directory, catalog, store, or marketplace.

  • If Customer Contractor Services and related features are no longer available for any reason, CrowdStrike is not obligated to provide any refund, credit, or other compensation for, or related to, the Offerings.

  • Customer authorizes CrowdStrike to give Customer Contractors the rights and privileges to the Offerings necessary to enable and provide for Customer’s use and receipt of the Customer Contractor Services.

  • Offerings may contain features, including API’s, designed to interface with or provide data to Customer Contractor Services.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, nothing herein prevents Customer from using intelligence API’s in Customer Contractor Services for Customer’s Internal Use.

  • At the request of Customer, Contractor will perform turf removal, the installation of the new native plants, and post-installation site visit.

  • Upon request by AOC or Customer, Contractor shall support any cybersecurity audits or penetration testing of the System.

Related to Customer Contractor

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract. The Supplier/Contractor shall be deemed to include its successors (approved by the purchaser), representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and permitted;

  • Customer Contract means any Contract between any of the Seller Parties or any of their Subsidiaries on the one hand and a customer, distributor or dealer of Seller or any of its Subsidiaries on the other hand for the purchase, sale, distribution, marketing, servicing, support or manufacturing (or similar matters) of Storage Products.

  • Customer Contracts means any and all Contracts with customers of the Company, including professional services agreements, supply agreements, service agreements, license agreements, maintenance and development agreements and consulting agreements.

  • Customer means the State agency or other entity identified in a contract as the party to receive commodities or contractual services pursuant to a contract or that orders commodities or contractual services via purchase order or other contractual instrument from the Contractor under the Contract. The “Customer” may also be the “Buyer” as defined in the PUR 1001 if it meets the definition of both terms.

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.
