Custom Product definition

Custom Product means a Product that contains customer-specific programming, marking, or other specifications unique to Company.
Custom Product means a combination of products and services which may be made available by WAPA per Customer request.
Custom Product means a Product that Cisco and Supplier have agreed to designate as ‘Liable’ in connection with the price negotiation process and is documented as such in Cisco’s then-current commodity information/attributes database. The parties acknowledge that a Product is generally designated ‘Liable’ when (i) it contains intellectual property of Cisco or a Cisco subsidiary or was designed or produced to meet specific requirements unique to a Cisco product and (ii) Supplier has no alternate redistribution channel.

More Definitions of Custom Product

Custom Product means Xilinx’s non-standard semiconductor devices such as Hardwire™ and EasyPath™, engineering samples (marked “ES”), die, and devices made pursuant to customer specifications, and devices for which there is no alternative distribution channel. Custom Products are excluded from this Agreement unless incorporated by Addendum.

In addition, if a Product is being discontinued or has been discontinued on a general basis, as set forth in Section 10.1 below, but may still be made available to specific Customers, then it too shall be considered a Custom Product. Spansion will identify all Custom Products as such in Spansion’s then-current Quarterly price list or other reasonable form of communication to Fujitsu, including an end-of-life notice, if applicable.
Custom Product means any Cooledge product that is not a Standard Product, including without limitation Specialty Illumination Solutions, custom FABRICated luminaires, modified or customized versions of Standard Products or any variant to the Standard Products.

Custom Product means a Licensed Material or a Non-Proprietary Material that is not available from MPI as a Stock Item, but is available by special request, e.g. to obtain a material that has the same chemical formula as a Stock Item but has different quality control specifications or special packaging requirements, or a material with a chemical composition that is not offered as a Stock Item. For purposes of this Agreement, consolidated packaging of bulk amounts of Stock Items are not Custom Products.
Custom Product means a Product that requires engineering to WinStar's specific and unique requirements.
